因蛋殼裂咗,所以去試做鮮奶燉蛋。第一次去做鮮奶燉蛋

打勻雞蛋
Beat eggs

牛奶。因沒有鮮奶,今次簡單地用奶粉,開暖奶
Because there was no fresh milk, that time was simply milk powder, warm already

加入砂糖攪拌
Add sugar to stir

剛好有種薄荷和羅勒, 加上去試試
As planting mint and basil tried them for new taste

用鋁紙封住碗面,用中至大火隔水蒸,約12分鐘
Sealed bowl with aluminum paper, with medium to large fire steam, about 12 minutes
