Unattended Microsoft Windows Installation

Environment

• nLite
• Windows Update Downloader

Procedures
Use Windows Update Downloader for downloading the needed patch, especially the service patch


Run nLite, and select the Windows folder which is the whole files from the CD or ISO file


The sequence of nLite

1. "Preset" which can load the previous setting
   
2. "Task Select" which can select which task will run
3. "Service Pack" which can preset the service pack for the Windows. Click "Select" button to select the service pack which is downloaded by Windows Update Downloaders
4. "Hotfixes, Add-ons and Update Packs" which can include the patches which are downloaded by Windows Update Downloaders
5. "Drivers" which can include the needed drivers. The drivers can be downloaded from DriverPacks.net
6. "Components" which can remove components from installation
7. "Unattened" which is for typing the needed option of installation
8. "Options" which is for setting system option
9. "Tweaks" which is for registry tweak and services setup
10. "Processing" which is applying the changes to installation. Click "Yes" to start
