iPhone Can't Send SMS

Environment

• iPhone Firmware: 1.1.4, 2.0.1, 2.1

Problems
Only can receive a SMS, but can't send a SMS

Have tried

• Upgrade and reinstall
• Call this: *5005*7672*#SMS Central Number

Both are failed

Solutions
Change the SIM, both of send and receive a SMS is OK now
