Excel - Just Allow Users to Edit Some Cells Only

Environment

• Microsoft Excel 2003

Introduction
Want to just allow user to edit some cells only, not the whole excel file

Solutions

1. Edit which cells can be edited by users. It can be no need to have password
2. Lock the whole workbook

Some cannot be allowed via cells, e.g. textbox. Enable users to edit objects to solve it
