Manual Uninstall Sametime 7.5
Environment
- IBM Sametime 7.5
- Delete the Sametime installation folder (for example, C:\Program Files\Sametime Connect 7.5).
- Delete the application data for Sametime (for example, C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Sametime).
- Delete all Sametime folders from the previous version (if applicable). These are usually referenced in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\IBM\RCP.
- Using the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key (the uninstall information for Sametime):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
This is the same information presented in the Add/Remove programs list.
Remove the key for Sametime only, not for other programs. - Check to see if you have a Sametime installer registry key within the following. If so, remove it:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Installer\Features
or
Products\some key for Sametime - Restart the computer.
