Environment
Introduction
Users send email to their customers, who can't read the email in normal
Find there is a question of email charset between customers and users. When users send, it should be "GB2312"
However, customer is "utf-8", when send back. Customer does not support "GB2312"
Solutions
There are two ways to solve this. Once is to select the "Delivery Options" -> Advanced -> "MIME Character Set" -> "Unicode (UTF8)", when send emails. This is needed to set each time
Another thing is gone to "Address Book" -> "Advanced" -> "International MIME Setting" -> Create a new setting
Select the primary character is unicode, and settings is for all locations on the tab - "Basics"
Then go to the tab - "Settings by Character Set", tick "For outbound message options...", select "Unicode", and "Save & Close"
Now, email should be sent in unicode character set
