Ricoh Printer - PCL XL Error IllegalMediaSource
Environment
Introduction
User gets an printing error. The printer doesn't ask if is printed on where, when not supported the paper size, but just prints the error
Solutions
Have checked all setting is in the normal one, however, still get this problem. Finally, set to print on which paper firstly, and then OK now. E.g. If document size is letter, would tick to print on A4
