User runs Word 2003 each time with PenPower JR, would ask to install MSTPCRT.msi
Solutions
Tried to reinstall PenPower JR, but problem is still here
Finally, solved this by searching MSTPCRT via Regedit. Get its package code - 7AA601017E8384343869F935D57F36FE, and then delete these
- Microsoft Office 2003 SP3
- PenPower JR
