Veeam - "Access is denied" when restoring files

Environment
  • Veeam Backup and Replication 5.x

Content
There was an exception message - "Access is denied" when helping a user to restore files on Windows platform.

In normal, it can be helped by restoring from "Guest files (other OS)". However, I had this failed message - "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond".

"Is it because of network connections in working hours on the server?" I rescheduled that on non-working hours, and then the restore job was back in normal.
