To replace it:
- Quickly to buy a new hard drive.
- Unmounted the failed hard drive.
As RAID-5, the server supports one hard drive failed.

Select the disk that is receiving SMART alerts and execute the Offline task. Manually remove the disk.
- Mounted back a new hard drive. Then, the server auto started to re-build the RAID.
- For monitoring status, rebooted the server, and went to the RAID Controller, "F10".

- For almost two hours, it was done the re-building, and the server have been back to normal.
