蘋果降脂湯
因為蘋果和腰果,都在家存了有點時間,當直接食時,口感和味道差了一點。 不想浪費,所以想起,可以用它們來煲湯。
跟著 TVB 的食譜來做。 湯的味不錯,但是有點微微酸,可能下次加點點糖,會更好。

做法:
1.蘋果洗淨,一分為二,去核備用。
2.白背黑木耳用水浸透;陳皮浸軟,去瓤。
3.紅棗洗淨,略拍,去核。
4.全部材料以猛火煲10分鐘,再改為慢火煲2小時,下鹽調味即可。
