將西柚皮的絲切去後,浸在淡鹽水中,2 - 3小時,去除苦味。中途可以換幾次水

西柚皮最好用果汁機。像我沒有果榨榨汁機的話,也可以把果皮切成盡可能的小。都弄好以後,與蜂蜜攪拌後,放入雪櫃
