全條紅蘿蔔用來試做甜品
蘿蔔是嘉道理朋友送。自家種的, 有機的
味覺, 口感, 忘記了。因已是2015年2月的事
但現在還感感的是甜, 濃濃紅蘿蔔味

紅蘿蔔葉之食用
紅蘿蔔葉富含有豐富的維他命、熱量及礦物質,無論是快炒、打汁或醃漬成泡菜,味道都非常好。入冬之季是蘿蔔最香甜的季節,此時不僅價廉物美,多吃蘿蔔還可以預防感冒等傳染性疾病喔!
蘿蔔葉跟味道重的牛肉、沙茶較合適,韓國人會將它燉牛肉,其實我覺得清燙就蠻好吃在義大利,他們也把蘿蔔葉當成蔬菜食用,名稱叫『Cime di Rapa』
