Not sure why happened that one computer got this error after Windows Update. Only Patching, and Other Computers doing the same but not have this question:
To restore:

Finally, as running Roaming Profiles, simply to restore from Backup Image.

Startup Repair
Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC
Press "Advanced options" to try other options to repair your PC or "Shut down" to turn off your PC.
However, not work from "Advanced options":

Log file: D:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt
Finally, as running Roaming Profiles, simply to restore from Backup Image.
