Error: 8524: The DSA operation is unable to proceed because of a DNS lookup failure.

Because of one of the Domain Controllers removed, got this error:

C:\repadmin /replsum

Get an error: (8524) The DSA operation is unable to proceed because of a DNS lookup failure.

To solve it, run Active Directory Sites and Services (dssite.msc)

Then, go to Servers:
1. Select the Domain Controller removed --> NTDS Settings: Delete the Connections

2. Delete NTDS Settings then

3. Last, delete the Domain Controller
