Windows 10: How to add tags to a folder

Colleague would like to add tags to folders for searching better.

Original, Windows 10 does not support it. Only can tag files.

Finally, got a solution from:

Note: "start” command with spaces in the path:

cmd /c start "" /min "D:\Program files\Tag folder\Tag_Folder.bat"
