Windows: Disk Management: There is not enough space available on the disk(s) to complete this operation

Needed to extend the disk size for one team.

At start, went to extend it under snapshot.

 

However, could not.

 

It required no snapshots when do extending the disk size.

 

When extending done, run "Disk Management" to resize the partition. Got a fail even showing the size modified:

Disk Management
There is not enough space available on the disk(s) to complete this operation.

To solve it, right click the "Disk Management" to "Rescan Disks".
