Upgrade to Windows 10 from 8: Error 0x80004005

Downloaded and run the Media Creation Tool (tool) to upgrade one Windows 8 workstation:

However, didn't work with the Error - 0x80004005.

Tried:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

It couldn't solve the error even the logs showing repairing done.
