Dell Server PowerEdge R730: PCI 1318 Fatal error on bus 0 device 3 function / CPU0704 CPU1/CPU2 Machine check error detected
Doing to upgrade the Dell Server PowerEdge R730 BIOS.
When rebooting, suddenly warning (ORANGE LED) occurred:
PCI 1318 Fatal error on bus 0 device 3 function. Power cycle system.
Message: A fatal error was detected on a component at bus arg1, device arg2, function arg3.
Detailed Description: System performance may be degraded, or system may fail to operate.
Recommended Response Action: Cycle input power, update component drivers, if device is removable, re-install the device.
Severity: Severity 1 (Critical)
LCD Message: Fatal error on bus <bus> device <device> function <func>. Power cycle system.

BIOS upgrading done, then, changed to normal.

... There is a BIOS update it sounds like is in the works to resolve this, but there is a temporary work around that we can try temporarily until the update comes out.
