Experience from HKT when +SIP Trunk

HKT - their service - we experienced that was quite different from their Service Charter.

Our account executive (she) we were hard to contact by email & phone.

Even when scheduled, they missed to contact us.

We knew it from their technical support coming to setup.

Then, we needed to reschedule because our office was not yet ready.

There was confusion in the communication between the account executive and technical support.

Finally, her colleagues from another team - technical support - helped us to call her back to confirm the date.

Their opponent - HKBN - did well to contact us, schedule the date to +broadband line.

We communicated with this projector's partner. They said, experienced the similar - hard to contact HKT - from their different projects. Not only your project.


NOTE: Currently, colleagues contacted them many times to follow SIP questions. NO rely, continuously ... this month (2023-August)
