Docker Desktop Doesn't Support Windows Server
Tried to deploy Docker Desktop on my workstation - Windows Server 2022.
Umm... not work fully when running containers from the docker-compose.yml

The web container could not access the database container.
However, it works on my MacBook.
Umm... finally... identified that Docker Desktop doesn't support Windows Server.
