How to transfer "Microsoft Azure Sponsorship" subscription from Personal Account to Business Account (NPO)?
Summary
Microsoft Personal Account & Business Account (NPO Account) were the same email address.
When my worked NPO started to have Microsoft Azure Sponsorship subscription, it was on the Microsoft Personal Account, not the Business (NPO) Account.
Not sure why?
Since once day visiting azure.microsoft.com, got the error - "Interaction required" with Normal (Browser) Windows [1].
TEMPORARY, needed visit azure.microsoft.com with Icognito Windows.
Well, finally, solved it from connecting Microsoft Support.
How-to
1. Submitted an issue to contact Microsoft Support
2. They couldn't check if the subscription ID was for a sponsorship or not
3. Emails contacts a few times. Even though those attached picture captures for reference
4. They couldn't confirm. Required to have a net meeting
5. When net meeting together, sharing the screen to show the subscription on the Personal Account, not the Business (NPO) account. Both were the same email address
(Umm.. around 4 men and women, sounded like Indians. Challenged my English listening 😂)
6. They finally confirmed the question. They approved to transfer the Microsoft Azure Sponsorship subscription from the personal account to the NPO account
7. They noticed us what time scheduled to transfer the subscription
8. No downtime when the transferring. All the services on the subscription did not have any special issues occurred. All services were in normal
9. Additionally, did not have any special service cost
