HARDWARE BUG: Instability Reports on Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen Desktop Processors
One of our teams had a PC continuously crashing with BLUE SCREEN.
Initially, trying to resolve it by reinstalling Windows 11 Pro.
Contacted HP Support for help.
They provided the recovery tool to let's build recovery media using another computer.
Unfortunately, this approach also failed. BLUE SCREEN continuously.
HP Support went to provide onsite support.
During the first visit, they run hardware test that had result in normal.
The technical support deemed the issue resolved.
However, the BLUE SCREEN was continuously.
Contacted HP again to arrange support.
They, finally, verified that related to the bug of Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen Desktop Processors.
Then, they went to replace the CPU, and the computer was back to normal.
