Solving an Unusual Laptop Monitor Issue

Previously, a colleague reported an issue with the laptop monitor. 

The screen was not functioning as expected, but the laptop itself was working fine, as confirmed by connecting it to an external monitor. 

This ruled out problems with the display card.

Tried several possibilities to identify the root cause of the issue. 

After reviewing potential causes, discovered that the problem was due to the alignment stickers for the screen protector. 

These stickers were interfering with the proper functioning of the display.

Once the alignment stickers were repositioned correctly, the laptop’s monitor back to normal.
